Casino Resorts
The term casino and kid-friendly usually are not synonymous, but a few of our resorts have a built-in children playground. The Circus Circus has reinvented Carnival Midway so both kids and adults can experience a more whimsical carnival feel. Spend some time playing Whac-a-Mole and Pixel Play, or catch any of their amazing circus shows! Whether you’re here with your family or you just want to feel like a kid again, you’re guaranteed a great time at the Midway.
Inside the Grand Sierra, you will find a movie theater, bowling alley, a giant video arcade and laser tag. With 40,000 sq. ft. of games and attractions, Fun Quest may just be the biggest video arcade you and your kids will ever experience. Within the resort’s property line, you will find a Go-Kart track, mini golf, and Ultimate Rush which is a giant swing that will slingshot you 180 feet into the air. Grand Sierra Resort’s Grand Adventure land is the perfect place to create some adrenaline pumping memories.
Animal Ark
Animal Ark is a wildlife sanctuary for non-releasable animals and is located about 30 minutes north of Reno. Children are educated on ecological principles and wildlife through special programming events and educational tours and can connect with nature and wildlife in a unique and rewarding way. Be sure to check out Animal Ark’s Event calendar and see what fun events are coming up—including the popular Cheetah Dash.
Need 2 Speed
Reno’s first indoor go-kart track, Need 2 Speed features a winding, curvy Grand Prix-style track where the carts can reach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour! The young members of the family aren’t left out – they can race in carts that are limited to 25 miles per hour, which still gives them the feel of real, bumper-to-bumper racing!
