As first time homebuyers, we thought we’d never own a place of our own. But thanks to Kellen, our dreams became reality. She made the entire process so easy. We found our dream home Sunday during an open house and fell in love. The next day we put in an offer, Kellen did her magic, and that evening she was over at 10pm at our house to sign the paperwork. Thank goodness because there was a backup offer the next day. She went out of her way for us. In addition, she kept us updated every step of the way. Finally, at the end of escrow, there was a problem with the mortgage the last day. Kellen did her magic again, she called the president of the mortgage company and went to bat for us!
